On Monday 31st October the Mayor of Hillingdon had a reception for our volunteers at the Civic Centre.
This was as a thank you for all the time and effort freely given by the team to the patients at Hillingdon Hospital.

Only some members could attend due to work commitments or being on-air at the time but those who could attend had a great time. Each member was presented with a gold, silver or bronze Hillingdon pin badge according to how long they had served for the station. They were also given a tour of the Mayor’s parlour while being offered drinks and nibbles.

On behalf of the team that attended I would like to say thank you to the Mayor, Councillor Mary O’Connor MBE for a lovely evening.
